Everett's words hit home, making perfect sense. Dorothy found herself unable to argue, and just nodded in agreement. "Alright, your call."
She was over staying in the hospital anyway, especially after running into that lady.
Compassion aside, Dorothy preferred to keep her distance from her intrusive behavior.
Because of Everett's obsession with cleanliness, every time Dorothy came in for an ultrasound, the room had to be thoroughly disinfected first. With the nurse and Everett's assistance, Dorothy carefully climbed onto the bed.
