Chapter 1150 Theodore'S Compromise
Chapter 1150 Theodore'S Compromise
Chapter 1150 Theodore's Compromise
Little Bunny followed Theodore out of the party without asking why he was there, nor did she inform her
agent or the event organizers. In her mind, if Theodore wanted revenge on her, he wouldn't let her
have an easy time. Her entertainment career was probably over.
She sat in Theodore's car when her phone rang. She glanced at the caller ID and saw that it was her
agent calling. Little Bunny didn't want to answer; she felt dead inside and uninterested in anything. It
seemed like she didn't want to explain anything or deal with anyone anymore. She had given up on the
world.
"Answer the phone!" Theodore suddenly ordered coldly.
"I don't want to."
Sitting in the passenger seat, she looked at the magnificent scenery of the Capital before suddenly
seeing herself on a billboard by the riverbank. Her eyes blurred for a moment but quickly regained
composure so that Theodore wouldn't notice.
Theodore snatched her phone from her hand and answered it himself while driving with one hand on
the steering wheel. "Hello?"
"Little Bunny?" The agent sounded surprised by hearing a male voice answering instead of hers.
"I'm Theodore," he said straightforwardly. "I took her away."
The agent changed her tone immediately and became extremely respectful, "Hello Mr Wold. I just
wanted to check up on Little Bunny because I was worried something might happen to her but now that
you've taken care of her, I won't bother you any longer."
"Wait." Theodore stopped her before hanging up, "Does she have any work these days?"
"Well..."
"Tell me the truth."
"We arranged several commercial performances for her recently. Tomorrow we're going to Kensbury for
an event then we have a photo shoot scheduled at 10 am followed by another endorsement ad shoot at Original from NôvelDrama.Org.
2 pm, and then there is a recorded talk show at 8 pm but no live broadcast involved. Two days later we
need to dub foreign animation films during the daytime and then attend as a guest of a super internet
celebrities' live streaming room..."
Theodore felt overwhelmed listening to all this information about how busy Little Bunny had been lately.
He used to think that an actor just need to do acting things.
The agent hadn't finished telling him Little Bunny's schedule yet.
"Can you cancel them all?" Theodore interrupted her.
The agent was taken aback. The schedule had been set for a long time, and if they suddenly changed
it, they didn't know how many people they would offend. And if they weren't careful, rumours could
spread that Little Bunny was acting like a diva after becoming famous.
But she couldn't refuse.
"Okay, I'll try my best to talk with them. How long of a break do you want for Little Bunny? Please let
me know so I can arrange her upcoming work?"
"Will it have any impact on her?" asked Theodore.
"Uh..."
"Just tell the truth."
"Yeah, it'll have some impact because artists' schedules are tight and there are other artists' schedules
to consider as well." the agent explained carefully. "Many jobs need to be confirmed early on and
generally cannot be changed unless something unexpected happens. But even then, others might think
we're being difficult if word gets out in the industry. But don't worry, I'll do my best to balance things
out."
"Don't trouble yourself," said Theodore bluntly. "Just complete Little Bunny's scheduled events as soon
as possible and don't give her any more work after that."
"So... does that mean Little Bunny is quitting showbiz?" The agent finally mustered up her courage to
ask.
"No, give her half a month off. I want her to spend some time with me."
"That's fine! That's fine!" The agent breathed a sigh of relief. She thought Little Bunny was going into
hiding or something. But as long as she wasn't retiring completely from showbiz, everything else would
be manageable.
"I've checked over her schedule," the agent added hastily. "After finishing all current work
commitments, she should have one week free. After that, I won't give her any new projects temporarily.
She has worked hard during this period. She deserves this break."
"Okay," Theodore replied.
He hung up the phone and then handed the cell phone to Little Bunny.
Little Bunny looked at him. She heard Theodore's conversation with the agent.
So what did he mean? Was it just giving her a vacation? Wasn't she banned from entering the
entertainment industry again?
"Don't want the phone anymore?!" Theodore asked sarcastically, "Do you find everything I touch dirty?"
She took the phone and said nothing.
"If you want to be an actress, then do as you wanted. But Little Bunny, let me be clear, if you dare to
play any hidden rules, I will not let you off!" he threatened.
Little Bunny still chose to remain silent. She didn't know why Theodore suddenly became so kind-
hearted. Of course, she wouldn't appreciate it either. For her, there was no other feeling except disgust
for Theodore.
"If you want a certain role or if you feel wronged, you can come to me," Theodore added another
sentence suddenly.
She did not respond but turned her head and shifted her gaze to outside the car window. She had no
idea what Theodore wanted to do. All she hoped was that he could abandon her soon.
The car fell into silence again. Later, they returned to Theodore's house together. And they went to take
showers respectively.
Theodore was lying in bed with Little Bunny sleeping by his side. She maintained a distance from him.
Theodore was getting ready to turn off the lights when he noticed that she hadn't covered herself with
the blanket properly. He leaned over to cover her up. But as he reached out, she instinctively moved a
little bit to sleep further. Then she covered herself with less blanket.
Theodore's hand froze in midair. Slowly, it fell.
"I'm gonna sleep in the next room." Theodore suddenly got up.
Little Bunny was a little surprised. She thought Theodore wanted to touch her again since as long as
she was in his bed, he would have sex with her every night. Sometimes it was not just once.
She was prepared, just silently expressing her rejection. Never did she expect Theodore to choose to
leave.
