Chapter 109 Do You Want It?
Feeling stunned, Anastasia walked over. Christian took a document and handed it over.
"This is the contract from Stellar Entertainment. Don't you always want it? Det in the car."
He came prepared.
Anastasia stood in front of the car door without moving but smiled.
Just as Christian was about to get out of the car to open the door for her, Anastasia nimbly pushed his
door and closed it back heavily.
In less than three seconds, Christian looked at her with a gloomy face.
Anastasia propped up the car window with one hand and leaned forward slightly. Her bright and
delicate face approached him instantly, and he could even smell the faint scent of perfume coming from
her body.
Their distance was close and ambiguous.
The position was more like she was going to lean over... to kiss him.
Christian was nervous, and Adam's apple moved slightly.
At that moment, he felt the violent beating of his heart.
But the next second...
Anastasia's cold voice reached her ears.
"I messed up your cooperation, and I disdain the contract. Do you still want to negotiate terms with me
with a useless contract?
"Christian, do you think everyone is an idiot?"
If Cato's lover didn't come up with key evidence, which caused the project to go wrong, how could
Christian be willing to give up the cooperation he already got?
Christian was so smart that he wanted her to take over a project which had been abandoned with
gratitude.
Unfortunately, she knew it.
Christian stared at her silently for a few seconds. His thin lips were pursed, and his chest heaved up
and down as if he was suppressing his emotions. His teeth were about to be crushed.
"Look at the contract. I have already changed the contents!"
There seemed to be a gleam of water in his eyes.
Anastasia almost thought he was crying aggrievedly.
He was probably angry!
Anastasia didn't reach out to take it but just glanced at him casually, turned her face away, and said
impatiently,
"Hurry up. Don't come here to disgrace yourself!"
She brushed her hair nonchalantly and left gracefully.
Sitting in the car, Christian didn't even have a chance to get out of the car, clutching the contract tightly
in his hand.
He knew from the beginning that the failure was because of her. He didn't stop her but revised the
project, but she dismissed the cooperation that was conducive to her!
He was angry. After the divorce, Anastasia could easily affect his emotions!
But he had no way to fight back.
Christian was so angry that he didn't say a word.
The air inside the car was terribly gloomy.
The driver in front glanced at the phone several times and couldn't help but say,
"Mr. Patterson, Ms. Cohen has called you several times. Do you go to the hospital?"
Christian raised his eyes, which were indifferent, revealing a bit of coldness.
The driver shut up for a moment.
The car finally drove away and went to Patterson Group.
Terence waited in the office as if he knew that Christian would return without success. Original from NôvelDrama.Org.
"Christian, that woman is a fool, and she's trying to manipulate you now. She messed up your
cooperation. Why do you have to flatter her?"
Christian glanced at the talkative Terence indifferently and ignored him.
Terence paused and touched his nose.
"Okay, I'm officious again. I've done everything you asked me to do. I'll go first."
Christian took out a contract from the drawer and threw it on the table.
"Didn't your family always want that piece of land in the north?"
