Lovin You Is Not A Secret

Chapter 8 Superb Performance

Chapter 8 Superb Performance

The screenwriter, who remained silent in a corner, suddenly said, "Her temperament is quite similar to

the princess. We can't find a better one in the short term. Why not ask her to give it a shot?"

'Rose in the Wind' was adapted from a popular novel. Apart from Mel and his professional team, the

novel's author and three other famous screenwriters were invited to work on this teleplay. The

screenwriter speaking was Gemma Hahn, the author of the novel.

Gemma looked inconspicuous, but she was a great writer. 'Rose in the Wind' had a very large

readership on the Internet, and Gemma's book fans even exceed that of some actor in the crew.

"Anyway, we can't break the rule. And we haven't decided to dismiss Rebecca Franklin. Besides, the

second female lead should be decided through a public audition. You can't be so hasty," the assistant

director retorted.

"Just give her a chance for the audition. We have little time to arrange another audition for this role. It

costs too much a day. We'd better start shooting as soon as possible," Ethan said.

As a producer, Ethan had to be responsible for each coin the crew spent every day. He didn't want to

waste any money.

"Then just act when the princess dies in the arms of her lover." Mel made the final decision.

Eva smiled brightly when she heard this. "Thank you!"

"I hope it's not a waste of our time," Gemma said.

Eva lowered her head slightly and closed her eyes gently. Although she had not read the script, she

had a general idea of the story. When Eva raised her head again, her look and temperament changed.

Eva stared at the air affectionately and laughed madly, with tears in her eyes. She choked, "I don't

regret loving you. If possible, I hope we will no longer be enemies in our next life."

Eva's performances greatly presented the princess's despair and liberation.

When Eva recovered from the sorrows and stood up from the ground, Mel took the lead in applauding.

"Very good. You are the second female lead now."

"Thank you, Director Pommer. I will not fail you." Eva bowed deeply to Mel, thanking him for giving her

this opportunity.

The assistant director opened his mouth but did not say anything. Eva's performance was impeccable.

More surprisingly, Eva's eyes looked very seductive, but they changed a lot with her temperament

when she was acting.

To some extent, Eva was a great actress with excellent performance. Even if the assistant director was

bribed by Rebecca Franklin, he couldn't deny that Eva did much better than Rebecca. Everyone here

had witnessed Eva's performance. By contrast, Rebecca was a terrible actress.

"Girl, just keep going," Mel smiled and praised. NôvelDrama.Org owns © this.

Eva thanked again, turned, and left the audition room.

Gemma said, "She is the Princess Jayde in my head."

"Yes, Eva's eyes can change according to her emotions. Her performance stunned me." The man

speaking was Sam Field, the male protagonist sitting next to Mel.

"Well, cut the crap. Just contact her agent to sign the contract. Will you watch the audition for the

supporting roles later?" Mel asked Sam.

Sam smiled and blinked. "It's enough to watch one good show. I have some activities to attend in the

afternoon. See you."

When Sam went downstairs, he happened to see that Eva got into a Cayenne and left. Sam was very

familiar with the license plate. The car belonged to Sam's boss, the president of Luxstar.

Sam raised his eyebrows. As a member of Luxstar, he hadn't seen Eva before, so he wondered

whether she was his boss' new lover. If so, he wondered whether she would be a trouble when working

on the set.

Nevertheless, this had nothing to do with Sam. Just leave the surprise to Mel.
