Cinderella And Her Beautiful Octuplets

We need to talk

A Black Roll Royce screeched to a halt in front of Colby’s mansion.

Hannah and the octuplets alighted the car, they walked inside the house with no one speaking with each other.Content provided by NôvelDrama.Org.

The kids knew Hannah was so angry, they didn’t want her to yell at them, so they didn’t say a word. They’d never seen their mommy this angry before and worst of all, she got into a fight with a strange lady.

“Go upstairs to your room, your Nannies will come to attend to you,” Hannah said and was about to climb upstairs to her room when Jayden called her.

She turned towards him and he stared at her for a few seconds before speaking.

“Your arm is bleeding,” Jayden said and Hannah stared at her arm. It was just a small scratch from the fight.

“I’ll go clean it up,” Hannah said and walked upstairs to her room. She closed the door to her room.

She walked inside the bathroom and took a clean bath. She walked out of the bathroom and put on simple nightwear.

She sighed softly as she lay on the bed tiredly, she was glad she had given Rhoda the beating of her life, she won’t dare to mess with her next time, Hannah thought.

But on second thought, Brandon knew Rhoda, she wondered how and he was defending her too, what if the both of them are???…. Hannah scoffed, she wouldn’t be surprised, Rhoda is a whore but if her thoughts are right, the hatred she felt for Brandon had just increased.

She didn’t want anything that has to do with Rhoda, to come close to her, she thought.

She stood up from the bed and decided to go to her kid’s room, they had witnessed her get into a fight today which was bad. She as a mother should be a role model to her kids, she thought as she felt guilty.

She needed to apologize to them.

She planted a soft knock on the kid’s room, and when there was no response, she opened the door and walked in. There she met her kids, sitting together discussing.

They looked so engrossed in their discussion, that they barely noticed Hannah walk in. Hannah stood for some seconds wondering what they were talking about.

“This is a secret between us. Whatever you guys find out, bring it to the table so we put it all together and find out who that woman was” Jayden said and Hannah sighed softly.

She then knew what they were talking about. It was obvious they were talking about Rhoda. They’re still wondering who she is and why she had gotten into a fight with her.

Hannah cleared her throat and the kids turned to her swiftly, as they finally noticed her presence.

“Mom” the Octuplets called at once and Hannah managed to smile at them.

“When did you come in?” Addison asked

“Did you hear anything we were talking about?” Jayden asked and Hannah gave out a small smile.

“Sh! t” the kids muttered at once. Hannah moved towards them and sat close to them on the ground.

“Mom, we were just…….”

“It’s fine honey,” Hannah said, cutting Allison’s speech off.

“I just wanted to apologize for getting into a fight in your presence. I know I made you guys worried and put you guys in so much tension, I’m so sorry sweethearts” Hannah announced with guilt in her eyes.

“Mommy, it’s fine. Besides, we saw what happened. We were watching from the car, and I saw the woman pull your hair and throw away the things you bought from the grocery store. So, she deserves every beating you gave her ” Audrey said and rolled her eyes.

“Grandma had told us not to take nonsense from anyone. You made us proud mommy, you are a true Mackenzie” Jayden said and Hannah stared at the kids speechlessly.

Hannah wasn’t the type that would get into a fight with anyone, she just couldn’t afford to let Rhoda step on her, the way she did in the past.

She wasn’t going to allow anyone to walk all over her as they did in the past. She wasn’t the Hannah of before, she’s now a different Hannah and a no-nonsense woman.

“That doesn’t mean you guys should get into a fight in the future, else I’m going to deal with you all. So promise Mommy, none of you won’t get into any sort of fight. You would always make peace” Hannah said and the kids stared at each other.

“Mommy, you of all people knows, peace is for the weak. We aren’t weak” Jamie said Hannah raised her eyebrows and the kids sighed softly.

“Fine, no fighting, all we want is peace,” they said at once and Hannah smiled at them.

“But Mommy, where did you get your fighting skills from? Did you learn kung fu back in New York?” Jasper asked and they all burst into laughter.

“Of course, I did and I’m going to show you how I learned kung fu,” Hannah said and she started tickling them one after another, as their laughter filled the room.

“I want us to always be this way, a happy family, no matter what happens. Even when I’m not with you guys, learn to protect each other. We are family, and……..”

“Family is everything” the Octuplets echoed at once and Hannah felt her eyes fill up with tears.

“Come here,” Hannah said as they did a group hug.

“I love you, my babies,” Hannah said as tears slipped down her cheeks.

“We love you too Mommy,” the octuplets said in response.

Hannah quickly wiped her tears and pulled away from the hug.

“Daddy!” The kids voiced out at once as they pulled away from the hug and saw Brandon standing by the door watching them.

Hannah was surprised to see him, she wondered what he was doing here so late at night, and how long he’d been standing there.

Meanwhile, Brandon who placed his hands inside his pocket, staring at the small family finds himself smiling at them.

“What do you want?” Hannah asked angrily at him for taking sides with Rhoda at the grocery store earlier.

“We need to talk”
